Matthew J. Dowd Participates in Webinar Hosted by The Federalist Society

Dowd Scheffel’s managing partner Matthew Dowd, alongside four other IP thought leaders, participated in a webinar discussing patent eligibility, obviousness-type double patenting, and potential patent-policy reforms.  Key among the discussion was the ever-increasing inconsistencies and confusion between the rules of patent eligibility and the judicially created exceptions.
