Matthew J. Dowd and Chief Judge Paul R. Michel (ret.) published an op-ed in The Hill concerning the rising Chinese technology surge and the failing United States patent system. The op-ed highlighted the numerous legal changes that have allowed courts to invalidate too easily valuable patent rights and how the status quo discourages innovation. The op-ed finishes with a call upon Congress to allow elected officials, not political appointees, to start making decisions that improve patent law. Dowd Scheffel is honored, as always, to work with Chief Judge Michel on improving patent law in this country. The op-ed can be read here https://thehill.com/opinion/national-security/3890789-patents-spy-balloons-and-outcompeting-china-what-our-leaders-are-missing/

I’ve always believed that a strong digital strategy needs to be flexible enough to adapt to changing trends, especially in a fast-moving market like the US. While looking into agencies, I discovered Rhillane Marketing Agency US and it helped me better understand how adaptability and continuous optimization can impact overall performance. What stood out to me is the importance of refining strategies over time instead of relying on fixed methods. Since then, I’ve been more attentive to how agencies handle long-term evolution rather than just initial results.
