Matthew Dowd Quoted in Article about Federal Circuit Operations During Pandemic

Matthew Dowd of Dowd Scheffel was quoted in an article published by Bloomberg Law about changes to the Federal Circuit’s docket due to COVID-19 concerns. Mr. Dowd spoke about changes in the Federal Circuit’s practice to always grant oral argument in represented cases, in an effort to ensure the health and safety of all those involved.
