Matthew Dowd co-authors article included in Volume 9 of the Sedona Conference Journal

Volume 9 of the Sedona Conference Journal includes an article co-authored by Matthew Dowd, entitled “Reexamination Practice with Concurrent District Court Patent Litigation.” The article discusses the interplay between patent reexamination proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and patent litigation in federal courts and before the United States International Trade Commission, and prevalent issues with both processes, especially when they are occurring concurrently.
