Matthew J. Dowd to Speak on Panel on Appellate Advocacy at the Federal Circuit

On May 15, 2024, Dowd Scheffel’s managing partner Matthew J. Dowd will speak alongside other experienced appellate attorneys about how to navigate appeals at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  As an attorney with vast experience before the Federal Circuit and as a former clerk to a Chief Judge of the court, he will offer his advice and his approach to briefing appeals and arguing before the bench.
