Matthew Dowd of Dowd Scheffel co-authors article in the American Bar Association's Landslide

Matthew Dowd of Dowd Scheffel PLLC and Jonathan Stroud co-authored an article in the Volume 10, Number 3 of the American Bar Association’s Landslide. The article is entitled “Brave New Law: Appellate Standing at the Federal Circuit.” The article concludes that when making determinations of standing, the Federal Circuit must not unduly limit review and instead consider established law and precedent addressing standing in appeals from all agency actions.
